Three week course - Saturdays 20 & 27 Oct & 3rd Nov, 2-4pm

During this 3 week Saturday course you will learn how to design, carve and print linocuts using black and colour inks. You will learn how to register different colour layers and how to mix and create colour palettes to complement your design. You will have the opportunity to create A5 prints onto a range of A4 papers. We will provide a collection images, still life objects and sources to inspire your designs. There is also the opportunity for you to bring along your own photographs and sketchbook ideas to develop your personal project through linocut printing in this small supportive, relaxed class. Suitable for beginners, aspiring and professional artists.
